At IMOBEST PARK KM 23, we are developing a modern industrial park, built to the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Our construction process includes strategic planning, use of sustainable materials and innovative technologies to ensure maximum efficiency.

Imobest Park Km23 was designed by the Spanish company DIAZ & SANJUAN Arquitectos and includes a 53.000 m² site, on which we are developing an industrial park with 26.000 m² of modular warehouses.
The warehouses are distributed in 3 large industrial halls of 11, 15 and 26 modules, each of 500 m², making a total of 52 units. These 3 buildings are connected by 3 access roads, equipped with all necessary urban services (water, electricity, telephone, etc.).
Imobest Park Km23 also offers private spaces for each module, which can be used as parking spaces or for services, as well as a public parking lot, pedestrian areas and green spaces.
Technical Construction Features
Foundation and Structure
Reinforced concrete foundation and metal structure, designed according to the durability and resistance criteria established by the regulations.
Roof
Sloping roof, made of sandwich thermal insulation panels, equipped with transverse polycarbonate skylights for natural lighting.
Closures and Compartments
- Exterior walls made of sandwich insulation panels.
- Interior partitions made of sandwich panels or double-layer plasterboard (plywood type).
Coatings
Mechanically finished reinforced concrete floor for high strength and durability.
Metal Carpentry
- Pedestrian doors and windows made of black electrostatically painted aluminum.
- Sectional or swing doors for car access, made of sandwich panels or steel.
Parking
Each hall has a private outdoor space, with areas ranging from 100 to 700 m², ideal for parking or loading/unloading areas.
